Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Opened or used products

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

- Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

- We will inspect the item

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nexeliu is not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
